Our Retained Search model is a great option when you have 1-2 immediate hiring needs and want someone fully dedicated to finding you the right people.

Each position you want filled is based off of a flat fee, so you know exactly what you're spending upfront, no matter what you end up offering for compensation.

Fractional Recruiting

Ever heard of a Fractional CFO or CMO?

 

Our Fractional Recruiting model is a very similar concept and is built to suit contractors with consistent hiring needs throughout the year.

 

We'll handle all of your recruiting needs on a 6-month or 12-month basis for a recurring monthly fee with no additional fees per hire. We're essentially acting as your internal recruiter without the need to hire someone full-time and pay for a high salary, benefits, recruiting technology, etc.
